Making good dirt
In the Parable of the Sower, Jesus tells a story about how His Kingdom grows in the world. He introduces a generous sower and powerful seed. The growth of His Kingdom depends on the soil. We are called to work with the Holy Spirit to prepare good soil so that His Kingdom can thrive in us, our communities, and nations.

We want to come alongside inspiring and creative change makers to help ensure that their ideas, visions, and dreams can transform into tangible realities.
Our vision:
Our vision is to see the seeds of innovative ideas, along with compelling visions, that bring meaningful transformation and positive change to the lives of individuals and the overall transformation of communities, grow and eventually bear fruit in impactful ways.
Our mission:
We do this by providing local change makers with a supportive community, essential em-powerment, effective tools, and valuable resources that enable them to transform their visions and dreams into reality, ultimately addressing the various challenges faced by them and their communities.
Spiritual growth:
Our goal is to foster and help ongoing spiritual growth that sustain the transformation around us we are seeking to see. We want to provide ressources, events, trainings, retreats and more that help change makers to be centered rooted deeply in the vine.
Community building:
All good and healthy initiatives don’t happen by themselves, they happen in community with others. We offer resources to build community in the places we seek to impact, but also community collaborative with other creative change makers, to encourage, inspire and support each other.
Leadership training:
We aim to support leaders in turning their dreams and visions into reality. This journey encompasses spiritual growth, self-leadership, and fostering a healthy environment where others can join the vision and collaborate toward meaningful, positive change.
Organizational Growth:
We want to help local and indigenous inniatives to gain their level of impact and growth through offering support in organizational structures and development. Good ideas need resources, protection, and structure to grow to transformative voices in our communities. We want to come alongside initiatives and ideas and help find the right frameworks, structures and development that will make it thrive.
